Marmong Point Marina Covid-19 Update

Message to Tenants, Contractors and DIY Boat Yard Customers.

We are monitoring the COVID 19 situation in NSW including the potential risk of transmission by those coming to the site.

Our marina continues to provide access to DIY and contractors to site and others with a legitimate reason to be here.

QR Code sign-in

QR Code login has been implemented to assist with contact tracing should this ever be required.

Site Access

Pedestrian access will be via the small entrance next to the Café.

Travel Lift and Forklift gates will be open when required during slipping and return to water.

Our boat yard access gate will also be opened for large truck deliveries or boat arrivals on an “as needed” basis.

Contractors are already signing in through the BIA portal so please continue this practice as normal. Please ensure your insurance is up to date on BIA website.

DIY Boat Yard Customers – QR code sign-in will capture DIY’s that have smart phone capability. For others, we will operate a sign in register at the chandlery reception with a wrist band so we can see at a distance who is registered. DIY customers will also be advised of current procedures when booking so they can prepare for safe site access.

We would appreciate our contractors and DIY customers assistance with these changes when you are talking to your clients or booking boats into the boat yard.

For our Tenants We are asking tenants to discuss any challenges and work together on suitable procedures for deliveries to site.

Marmong Point Marina is open for business and ready to serve our boating community in a safe environment.

We look forward to many more productive and safe months ahead across our boat yard and marina.

By working together, we can keep our staff plus all on site safe.
