Marmong Point Marina What’s New In 2022
BIA Marine Card Access For The Boatyard
Marmong Point Marina is Lake Macquarie’s premier Marina and Boat repair facility. Our marina welcomes DIY clients into the boatyard 52 weeks of the year with procedures in place to ensure safe work practices.
All contractors carrying out work across the boatyard and marina are required to have a marine card.
Commencing January 2022, all DIY clients, visitors, and helpers assisting with DIY projects will also be required to obtain a BIA Marine Card, watch a short MPM Boatyard Induction video, and read though safe work method statements relevant to their specific project prior to commencing work. Contractors and DIY visitors are asked to sign in at the marina office using their marine card number at the start of the day, and sign out at the end of the day.
Our friendly and professional marina team are on hand in the marina office to assist you with any queries. Visit our Boatyard DIY page to find out more and start planning your vessel’s next DIY project today.
